Begging versus Pleading

As a child of God what is the difference between begging God for something and pleading your case to God for that same something? What gets the best results? How does one beg? How does one plead?

  2. Wow very intersting question. The word of God says ask and it shall be given unto you. When I think of begging it puts me in the mindset of someone who does not want to give. God gives freely to his children, but we must be in a position to receive. God wants us to have more and abundantly more than we can think or ask, now with that being said, the people of God must become hungry and began to thirst after rightousness, so much so, we become burden and began to plea for the things of God. How does one plea? When I look at the word plea, I am reminded if we do our part according to the requirements of the Word of God, He is faithful and will honour His promises. Plea - lets begin to admit where we are spiritually and stop expecting the Favor of God upon our lives when we are not allowing God to lead and guide us. "Plea - God I am making a open confession and I am willing to accept the consequences, the blessings, the favor, and your mercies that are granted to me out of the obedience of your Word. " Okay Mount Airians help me out, share your thoughts" Peace and Blessing be unto you. Cicily
